The Rural Ontario Development Program (ROD) is now open, providing funding support to eligible Caledon small businesses through the Business Development stream. This program is designed to help rural businesses grow, modernize, and strengthen their operations.
Eligible brick-and-mortar businesses with 1 to 20 employees may receive up to 35% in cost-shared funding, to a maximum of $10,000, to support projects that enhance competitiveness, productivity, and long-term sustainability.
Funding can be used for a variety of business development activities, including equipment purchases, technology upgrades, marketing initiatives, and other strategic investments that support business growth.
