January 22, 2021 -- Following the recent provincial stay-at-home order and state of emergency, the Town of Caledon is extending its mask by-law and adapting other procedures, programs and services to comply. 

“The cooperation by the vast majority of Caledon residents has been tremendous,” said Mayor Allan Thompson.  “Now is the time for all of us to stay home except for essential purposes.”

The Town of Caledon is extending congratulations to the Caledon Chamber of Commerce on the appointment of a new Board of Directors. 

“On behalf of the Town I wish the new Board all success as they start this new chapter,” said Mayor Allan Thompson.  “The Chamber is an important voice for business in Caledon and we look forward to working with them to support our local business community.”

November 21, 2020 -- In response to the November 20 announcement by the Province of Ontario, the Town of Caledon is taking action to implement revised Region of Peel Public Health COVID-19 restrictions.

Effective Monday, November 23 at 12:01 a.m. Caledon, as part of the Region of Peel, is moving into “Lockdown” (Grey) level.
