Profile: Happy Days Ice Cream Parlour

With a motto of "We scoop smiles!" the appropriately named, Happy Days Ice Cream Parlour opened for the season on schedule despite the pandemic. We asked owners James and Tammy Jenkins to tell us a little about their business and why they do what they do.

My wife Tammy and I wanted to start a new venture and bought Happy Days in March 2012. Happy Days originally opened in May 2008. We are the second owners.

Caledon adopts Downtown Bolton Revitalization Plan

March 31, 2021 -- The Bolton Downtown Revitalization Plan will guide Council and staff on future actions and investment to improve the historic downtown area for residents, business owners and visitors.

“This is a big step forward in reimagining Downtown Bolton,” said Mayor Allan Thompson. “Council has been very supportive of this plan and we will continue to work with the community on the revitalization of  the historic downtown core of Bolton.”
